Hospitality · Camberwell
Layered lighting across the Palace Hotel dining and bar spaces.
A full electrical refurbishment of a hotel built in 1888, replacing every cable, switchboard and fitting. The work included extensive façade lighting and a fully automated lighting system throughout the venue.
Scheduled lighting scenes create the right ambience throughout the day, without staff needing to operate the lights. Over more than 12 months, Tim handled estimating and purchasing, worked hands-on, and supervised and coordinated the electrical installation.

Hospitality · Carnegie
Ceiling rings and illuminated gaming areas at the Rosstown Hotel.
Electrical work for a gaming room with more than 100 machines, new lounge and outdoor areas, and a new bar and amenities. Approximately 500 metres of LED strip lighting was installed across ceiling features, gaming areas and bar details.
Tim’s work covered general and feature lighting, power and data cabling for the gaming machines, bar cabling and dedicated circuits. The gaming-machine changeover itself was completed in four days.

Residential · Complete rebuild & connected systems
Integrated TV and bar cabinetry lighting, added in July 2026.
A full teardown and rebuild, with architectural lighting and connected home systems planned together. Full Pixie automation includes human-centric lighting that changes colour temperature automatically through the day, and all lighting is dimmable.
Greene Electrical led the substantial grid-connected, three-phase hybrid solar and battery system, capable of off-grid operation, with Tim assisting. The result shows what can be achieved when the client, builder and contractors work towards the same goal.
